Before you subscribe

What counts as a line?

Every WhatsApp number connected to the channel is one line. The quantity you pick at checkout is exactly the number of lines we enable.

Can I change the number of lines?

Yes. You adjust the quantity on the payment page itself, between 1 and 50 lines, before confirming the subscription.

How is it billed?

It is a monthly subscription in US dollars. Stripe processes the payment, issues the receipt and renews it automatically every month.

Do you accept discount codes?

Yes. The promotion code field is enabled at checkout.

I need more than 50 lines. What now?
