Why you will not find this price on Kommo anymore

These are Kommo’s rates from before the increase. Kommo is raising them for new customers while existing ones keep the old price. That frozen price is what we sell you, and on auto-renewal you keep it every cycle.

Questions

How exactly is this charged?

In US dollars, per user, for the whole term, upfront. An Advanced plan with 3 users on 12 months is 3 × USD 250 = USD 750, and gives you 13 months of service.

What is the difference between auto-renewal and one-time payment?

With auto-renewal Stripe charges again when the cycle closes and the extra month repeats. With a one-time payment we charge once, no card stays on file, and you decide at the end of the term whether to continue.

Can I change the number of users?

Yes. Set it here before paying, or on Stripe’s own screen. To add seats later, write to us and we sort it out.

Who processes the payment?

Stripe, end to end. We never store your card details.
